10. An employee who reports to the place of work at the express request of the employer or in the regular course of employment and works fewer than 4 consecutive hours is entitled, on each occasion, to an indemnity equal to 4 hours of the employee’s prevailing hourly wage, except if the premium for overtime hours gives the employee a higher amount.
